As a Hatüpen Group experienced since 1984, Hatüpen Window and Door Systems, the first Pimapen producer with the ISO certificate in Ankara, was established in 1991 in Ankara. Hatüpen has integrated its know-how and precise workmanship with the Pimapen quality. Today, Hatüpen meets with its customers through its service network that extends to every corner of Ankara.

Since the beginning of its foundation, Hatüpen, aimed for customer satisfaction, has come to these days with a systematic service manner. Hatüpen has created a professional sales and network marketing in order to reach its goals. Hatüpen gives great importance to education of its assembly personnel and other employees as well as prioritizes informing customers. Fully meeting evolving consumer rights has brought our company in a privileged position in this regard. Hatüpen serves as a certified distrubutor of Pimaş Siding, the first and only vinyl siding of Turkey, since 2004. Hatüpen also serves as an authorized distributor of Pimawood, water resistant outdoor floor covering , since 2009.

As Hatüpen Window and Door Systems, we value constantly changing and evolving technology and use Robot Technology for Pimapen production at our factory which is 5500 square meter closed area located in Ostim – Mega Center. The production capacity of our factory is 500 meter square in a single shift and 144.000 square meter doors and windows in a year. We sell products to Ankara and neighboring provinces as well as export to European and Asian countries in increasing amounts in each year. 2-year free official service and warranty are provided except the damages that may occur with physical conditions in products that must be approved by T.C. Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology.

With the principle of "On-site and on-time delivery of business", Hatüpen constantly enriches its products and services. Hatüpen receieved ISO-9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification in 2007 and ISO 14001:2005 Environmental Management System Certifiation in 2009.
